1. Is your device plugged in? Make sure your STORY is connected to the power outlet
2. Is Bluetooth ON? Go to Settings on your mobile device. Make sure Bluetooth is set to ON. If still unsuccessful, try toggling Bluetooth off and on. Also, quit the STORY by Flyte app and start again.
3. Do you have more than one mobile device connected to STORY?
STORY can only connect to one device at a time. If there are other mobile devices previously connected to STORY, make sure they are disconnected.
To disconnect your device to STORY, go to the settings page in the STORY app. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Disconnect from STORY".
