Levitation requires a bit of practice. The good news is once you understand the principle, it becomes easy to repeat. It's normal not to get it on the very first try so please don't feel discouraged. With a bit a practice, you'll soon be on your way to master the art of floating objects.

Many beginners will instinctually force the ball buy pushing it down into position. Using force will only make it more difficult. The trick is to let the ball guide your hands into the magnetic field. Once you get the hang of it, it become rather easy to repeat.
Please note, after several un-sucessful attempts, the LED indicator light will turn off. This is due to a safety feature inside the base which prevents the electronics from overheating. Please unplug the device for 10-15 minutes and let it cool down. The LED indicator light will illuminate when the device is ready for use again.
